inspections through companies such as ABS, SGS, BV, URS and
Lloyd's when our customer's clients need certification.
Our products
are as wide range as our customers. We are fully capable of
producing all kinds of components of castings and forgings
including additional machining operations, surface treatments,
flash butt welding, fabrication and assembly
etc.
We supply
products to agriculture, marine, sugar, defense, automotive
industries, consumer goods. If it is casting or forging, we
can be your source. Our team comprises of highly competent,
experienced, qualified engineers and International trade
professionals having rich experience in their area of
operation.

Forging
Drop forging (hammer-forgings): Weighing from 50
grams to 100 Kg.
Upset forging with a shaft Dia.
- 125 mm. Max.
We can do forgings in all grades of Carbon
Steel, Alloy Steel and Stainless Steel.

CNC Machined Components
Each
individual component enjoys the benefit of highly
sophisticated and technologically advanced machining
facilities available to carry out simple to complex machining
and dimensionally accurate products thus ensuring flawless
audit inspection and quality control.
Fabricated
Components
We have qualified
welders as per DIN287 and facilities of Arc & MIG welding.
All necessary facilities to test weld joints are available. We
fabricate small sub-assemblies consisting of various products
and big structures as per customer’s drawing and designs.
Flash Butt
Welding
We are equipped with sophisticated Flash
Butt Welding Machine suitable for welding up to 1600
mm2 unalloyed steel and 1000 mm2
alloyed steel.
