Our Flash Butt Welders are specially
designed for heavy duty applications where repeatability
in performance is very important. Tooling and clamping
devices are available for adapting these machines for
the manufacture of railway shackles, automotive parts,
starter ring-gears, wheel rims, chain links, assembly of
any part by links etc..
We can do Resistance Welding / Butt
Welding / Flash Butt Welding up to 2000 mm square in
mild steel or 1200 mm square in alloy steel.
Annealing
if required can be done simultaneously on the Flash butt
welder or separate furnaces are available for annealing
of the butt welded joints for achieving excellent /
desired mechanical properties.
We can
handle up to 10 meters of jobs in our workshop.
We have qualified welders as
per DIN287 and facilities of Arc & MIG welding. All
necessary facilities to test weld joints are
available. We fabricate small sub-assemblies
consisting of various products and big structures as
per customer’s drawing and designs. Our Flash Butt
Welders can manufacture various components requiring
flash butt-welded applications.
Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)
is frequently referred to as MIG welding. MIG
welding is a commonly used high deposition rate
welding process. Wire is continuously fed from a
spool. MIG welding is therefore referred to as a
semiautomatic welding process.
Our Welding Procedure
ensures that
1) The parts to be butt welded are
pneumatically and hydraulically controlled
2) High strength, with excellent welding joints
3) No false joints, residues or air bubbles
4) Widely used in the butt welding of
Container lashing products such as Lashing Bars,
rods, Turn Buckles, Hooks, Chains etc
integrating electromechanical, hydraulic and
pneumatic designs, the warming up, flashing
and upset forging process are optimized.
5) Microprocessor control and five sets of standard
stored specifications enable
suitability for welding different parts
