Our sheet metal unit has been producing Carbon Steel, Alloy steel and Stainless Steel components for Automotive Industry, Conveyor systems, Material Handling Systems, Electronic and Electrical Industry. Our unit is equipped with Impact presses of 200 Tons, 100 Tons, 60 Tons, 5 Tons capacity. We have our own tool room to manufacturer dies of all nature. Not to mention the strict quality control at this unit we are able to produce with intricate shapes and sizes. We are using sheets from 0.4 mm thickness to 8.0 mm thickness. The sheets used are CR and/or HR quality depending upon the requirement of the product. 
 

We give different surface finishes like Zinc Plating, Powder Coating, Painting, Black Oxide etc. as per the requirement of our customers.

We develop die by developing correct blank shape and providing a means of checking tools design before cutting any steel.
