Testing
Process
Our focus is usage of technology,
functionality and Quality.
We have taken steps for
Customer Relationship – Marketing (CRM) and that is the
keynote for our success. We also have capability of
customization since we use resources to the fullest extent
and carry out in house testing, duly calibrated with
recognized institutions as follows:
Production, Tool Room and testing
Facilities available with us
- UTM 100 Tons Capacity to test
tensile strength, compressive strength, physical test and
stress- strain analysis.
- Load Testing Fixture 100 Ton
Capacity, 5000 mm long
- Hardness testers (Brinell and
Rockwell hardness tester to know Hardness of Steel)
- Metallurgical Microstructure &
Testing Laboratory Microscopes for macro & micro structures
to perform Metallurgical Inspections to know Grain Size, ,

MAGNA FLUX TESTING
Magnetic Particle Inspection reveals
surface discontinuities
Magnetic particle testing is
accomplished by inducing a magnetic field in a ferromagnetic
material and then dusting the surface with iron particles.
Surface imperfections distort the magnetic field and
concentrate the iron particles near the imperfections.
Magnetic particle inspections are typically used to detect
cracks, near surface inclusions, seams, laps, and other
discontinuities at or near the surface of ferromagnetic
materials. Materials that typically fall into this category
include carbon steels (<0.8% carbon), low-grade stainless
steel, and cast iron. It should be noted that magnetic
particle inspection can not be used on non-ferromagnetic
materials or on parts that have coatings that interfere with
the magnetic properties of the material. Magnetic particle
inspection can reliably identify surface defects as small as
0.015 inches. This type of testing detects cracks, seams, and
other forming discontinuities that might otherwise go
undetected.
Other tools like Vernier Calipers,
Micrometers, Dial gauges, Height Gauges and other
Instruments to check Quality at each level of Production and
for Dimensional Testing, for defect reduction to “Zero
Defect” products
Our qualified,
competent and experienced team of engineers, international
trade professionals and strict QC department ensure zero
rejection and make sure that no defect is passed on to the
customer.
